    Stella,

    Assuming (big assumption) that everything is the same for Blogger in the UK, click on the "Monetize" tab (between "Design" and "Stats") and then the "Amazon Associates" tag. You can sign up there. When you write your next blog, an Amazon search box will be to the right of your text window.
